自从Lifestream从地表喷射而出之后，Mideel就发生了很大的变化。值得注意的是在Mideel西侧有一处隐藏地点，从左边的岩石上可以跳过去。在西侧你会发现被捆住的医生，护士和一个发狂的消费者。
从这个发狂的消费者手中你可以买到所有她之前买到的东西，这里的护士就像从前一样仍然可以为你治疗。
